      EBYK employs four different methods for the direct coating of products.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      The first is immersion directly into the slurry, ensuring an even and consistent coating.<\/p>\n

      The second method involves enamel coating using a handheld spray gun, which provides flexibility and precision during application. The third method utilizes enamel injection pumps with hoses, and the fourth method employs automatic enamel injection pistons.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      For the coating with paint, the process includes the use of a handheld spray gun for spraying, as well as the option to use a second gun to create a “shadow” effect with a different color. Additionally, an automatic enamel spraying system using a robot is employed for this process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      We offer the application service of “decal” for indicating operational designs or placing logos. Once the enameling is completed and the objects have dried thoroughly, an additional visual inspection is carried out, and any areas that do not require enameling are cleaned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
