Enameling process

  • Receipt and installation
  • Liquid pre-treatment for degreasing, acid etching, and passivation
  • Enameling either in an automatic robotic system or in a semi-automatic system for special containers.
  • Heating
  • After heating, visual inspection, measurements with specialized instruments, and palletization.

Coating methods

EBYK employs four different methods for the direct coating of products. The first is immersion directly into the slurry, ensuring an even and consistent coating.

The second method involves enamel coating using a handheld spray gun, which provides flexibility and precision during application. The third method utilizes enamel injection pumps with hoses, and the fourth method employs automatic enamel injection pistons.

For the coating with paint, the process includes the use of a handheld spray gun for spraying, as well as the option to use a second gun to create a "shadow" effect with a different color. Additionally, an automatic enamel spraying system using a robot is employed for this process.

We offer the application service of "decal" for indicating operational designs or placing logos. Once the enameling is completed and the objects have dried thoroughly, an additional visual inspection is carried out, and any areas that do not require enameling are cleaned.

Thermal processing


The process of thermal processing is important as it regulates the temperature and baking time according to the specific needs of the containers.

The firing temperature and baking time are critical factors for achieving excellent adhesion of the enamel to the metal surface, enhancing the long-term durability of the product.




Optical inspection and measurements


Each tank undergoes a rigorous visual inspection to identify any surface defects. Precision instruments are employed to measure and evaluate the quality and uniformity of the enamel coating.

 


Final stage


The process concludes with the palletization of the tanks, which are organized and prepared for shipment, ensuring their proper protection during transportation. This final step underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently to our customers.
