Liquid pre-cleaning method
It is a fundamental stage in enameling objects and ensures the ideal surface preparation before the application of enamel.
This process involves three crucial steps: degreasing, acid pickling, and passivation, each of which is essential for achieving an excellent final surface.
In the degreasing process, we remove all traces of oil and grease that may have remained from the manufacturing or transportation process.
By using specialized cleaning chemicals and techniques, we ensure that the surface is completely clean and ready to receive the enamel. This phase is crucial, as any residual oil can prevent the enamel from adhering properly.
In the acid pickling process, we apply specific acids to remove oxides and impurities that have accumulated on the metal surface. The clean and activated surface ensures that the enamel will adhere evenly and last for a long time.
Passivation is a process that creates a thin protective film on the metal surface. It enhances the adhesion of the enamel and also provides additional protection against corrosion and chemical attack.
Heat treatment process
It is regulated to specific temperatures and durations, depending on the size and specific characteristics of the objects, in order to achieve optimal adhesion of the enamel to the metal surface.
After firing, a visual inspection is performed, along with measurement using specialized instruments. The items are individually wrapped in paper and stretch film for protection during transport and stored on pallets in covered areas.
Optical inspection and measurements
In the visual inspection process, each item undergoes a rigorous assessment to detect any surface imperfections. Our specialists use modern measuring instruments to evaluate the quality and uniformity of the enamel.
Final stage
After the completion of inspections, the items are carefully organized and palletized, ensuring safe transportation. This meticulous process guarantees that our products reach customers in excellent condition, reinforcing their confidence in our quality.
